Welcome to Saucy Jayyy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saucy Jayyy mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Company Information
Saucy Jayyy ("we," "us," or "our") operates a food ordering and catering platform that allows customers to browse menus, customize meals, place orders, earn rewards points, and schedule pickup or delivery.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4. Orders and Payments
When placing an order through the Services: prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice, applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout, and payment must be completed before order fulfillment. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
5. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and location details. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon pickup or confirmed delivery.
6. Catering Orders
Catering orders may require advance notice and minimum quantities. Standard orders may be canceled before preparation begins. Catering cancellations may be subject to preparation fees. Specific policies may be shown at checkout.
7. Rewards Program
Customers may earn loyalty points on qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value. Points may expire or be modified at any time. Abuse of the rewards system may result in account termination.
8. Account Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your account at any time using the in-app "Delete Account" feature. Upon deletion, your profile and personal data will be removed. Order history may be retained where legally required.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Services for unlawful purposes, interfere with platform security or performance, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or resell or exploit the Services commercially without permission.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, menus, images, and software are the property of Saucy Jayyy or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saucy Jayyy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
